As sales manager of PacRim Properties, Barbara's goal is to provide our associates with support and guidance in the areas of communication, contracts, customer service and marketing. We work to help buyers and sellers find the agreement necessary to allow successful closing and recording of their transactions.
Barbara is a licensed Realtor® in the Anchorage area. She worked 22 years with Marston Properties in real estate sales and has been a sales manager with PacRim Properties since 1995. Her areas of expertise include negotiations and finding common ground when transactions get difficult. Barbara is an expert in our contracts and guides our sales force to give excellent representation.
She takes the practice of real estate very seriously and diligently attends continuing education. Her experience and time in real estate has allowed her to be with companies through the hard times and the good times in Anchorage housing market.
Barbara attended Seattle University, University of Washington and the University of Alaska, Anchorage where she studied business and real estate.
Some of the outstanding recognition Barbara has received are the Anchorage Board of Realtors Community Service Award, the Education Service Award of the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce, the Outstanding Service Award for the Anchorage School District and she is a Life Member Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Wyoming and National PTA.
